From the first idea to the final pack-down, we’ll help bring your outdoor gathering together.
1. Tell us what you're planning
Whether you’ve got the whole thing mapped out or just a date and a good idea, start by getting in touch. Tell us a little about your plans, your location and what you have in mind, and we’ll help work out what will suit your gathering.
2. Build your setup
Choose what you need from our collection of tents, marquees and event essentials. We can also recommend trusted musicians, caterers and other creative friends to help bring your plans to life.
Keep things simple or bring a few more details together — whatever you’re planning, we’ll help you create a setup that feels right for your people and your celebration.
3. We bring it to life
Once everything is agreed, we’ll take care of the practical bits. We deliver, set up and dress your chosen spaces, working with you to make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
4. You gather. We’ll take care of the rest.
Then it’s time to enjoy it. Eat, drink, dance, wander, stay up late and make the most of having everyone together. When the gathering is over, we’ll return to pack everything away.
